I was offered a room with PANORAMIC views of garden. Excellent service from all the professional staff that I interacted with. The location was the best and I could use free parking nearby.

Great new place, clean and comfortable. Location is surrounded by nature and offers a variety of activities to do. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help. Complementary yoga session and trekking tour to the waterfall are amazing.
Bed was really uncomfortable and the shower was slow with no hand shower. Billing was a problem as it was not proper and complete, had to stress for a proper bill.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel nestled in the Shivalik mountains! The hotel facilities were great -from the well-maintained cleanliness of the rooms and hotel grounds to the amazing breakfast. The staff was super friendly and helpful especially with our transportation arrangements. We were also impressed by its location close to the Laxman Jhula bridge and the hotel's direct access to the river bank where we had an amazing time swimming.
All good.

Located by the Laxman Jhula bridge, this resort has a beautiful backdrop of the Ganges river and its surroundings. We enjoyed strolling by the riverside on the sands, where we even spotted a few deer. the dining area offered great food with a spectacular view and the waterfall was a short walk from the resort.
The service was not up to the mark.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the prices of other hotels in the area. The attention to detail was impressive, from the beautiful location in the Shivalik mountains to the friendly and accommodating staff. The basic amenities were well-maintained, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with easy access for my Mom. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.
The only thing that could be improved was a minor issue with the bathroom lock.

The location of the resort was just breathtaking, with a beautiful view of the river and mountains. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was amazing with a wide selection of dishes to choose from.
One thing that could have been improved was the accessibility of the resort, as it was quite far from the city and required external transportation. the pricing of the resort was quite high and didn't match up with the level of service provided.

This hotel is an exclusive and luxurious place to indulge in relaxation amidst peaceful surroundings. the spacious spa and wellness centre, equipped with a sauna, steam room and indoor pool, offered a plethora of rejuvenating treatments to soothe the mind, body and soul. the outdoor pool was a serene place to dip into, lounging on sun loungers in a garden area, whilst enjoying live entertainment, including special themed dinners and performances. the restaurant served mouth-watering cuisine with fresh ingredients, catering to all dietary preferences. the private facilities were exceptional, with rooms boasting a balcony or terrace with stunning views of the surroundings.
The venue's only minor downside was the slight construction noise during the day, which could disturb the peace of the rooms. this concern was negligible when compared to the benefits that the hotel brings to guests.
